Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Umang Labs ("we", "us") for your use of Narrowly: Arrow Escape Puzzle ("the game"). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its levels, artwork, sounds, code and name are owned by Umang Labs or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. These terms apply alongside the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. In-app purchases
- "Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It's linked to the Google account you used to buy it, and you can restore it on another device signed in to the same account.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play. Prices, payment and taxes are handled by Google Play and shown before you confirm.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Contact us if a purchase doesn't work and we'll help.
- Virtual items such as hints have no monetary value, can't be exchanged for money, and aren't transferable.
3. Advertising
The game is free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are subject to your consent choices as described in the Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or for third-party websites you visit from an ad.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the game; reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with it, except where the law allows; use cheats, exploits or automation to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate rewards or ads; or use the game in any unlawful way.
5. Third-party services
Some features rely on services provided by Google, such as Google Play, Play Games and Firebase. Your use of those features is also subject to the provider's terms. These services may change or become unavailable, and we can't guarantee them.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We'll try to preserve your progress, but we can't guarantee it.
7. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umang Labs isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
9. Termination
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't remove any mandatory protections given to you by the consumer laws of the country where you live.
